About this place
Defined by the charm of the Buranhém River and the moored fishing boats whose owners sell fresh fish and shellfish there, Tarifa combines a small local market with a wonderful deck for watching Porto Seguro’s most beautiful sunset. Bars and restaurants complete the scene with good food accompanied by vocals and acoustic guitar, as well as the city’s most beautiful sunset. This place is part of Rede Bem Bahia’s Regional Guide and helps visitors understand the natural, historical, cultural and scenic diversity of the Costa do Descobrimento. The experience changes according to the time of day, tide, weather, calendar and means of access. Plan your visit with travel, length of stay and current rules in mind, and confirm operational information before leaving.
